Happy Kitchen Volunteers

A few of our happy seniors

Lunches are served Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. at the Center, located at 11610 Hwy 90 in Grand Bay. You may come one day or every day. You must be physically and mentally alert to participate or be accompanied by someone to assist you. We will have no health care personnel on staff.

The meal is NOT take out or delivery. Meals are served at the Center and there is a suggested donation of $1.25 per person. A meal will still be available for you if you cannot afford to make a donation.

There are activities for seniors before and after the meals for those who wish to participate. Currently we have Art Classes, bingo and dominos several days a week. Speakers and field trips are planned throughout the month.

If you are a senior who is interested in joining this program, you may stop by the center. Please understand that meals have to be pre-ordered each week, so we must have an accurate count in advance.
