2009 RENTAL INFORMATION

THE GRAND BAY-ST. ELMO SENIOR & COMMUNITY CENTER

The Grand Bay St Elmo Community Center 2,000 SF Auditorium can be rented with or without use of the catering kitchen . Available with the rental are: tables, chairs, and sound system. No linens or utensils will be furnished.  A deposit is required for all rentals, due at the time of booking.  The balance is due two weeks before the event. Call the center for current charges.

What we offer: 60" round tables, 36"' x 8' rectangular tables, 48" round tables, 150 chairs, Public address system with CD/tape player, DVD and VHS equipment, projection screen, ice and coffee maker.  All DJ's must have their own sound equipment.

Staff is present during all events to provide maximum service to users.
